If you haven't heard me mention this before, I'll say it again, "I LOVE our new reading curriculum!" This is our first year to use and and the shared reading has been really fun to incorporate all kinds of lessons and crafts! The pictures below are from when we had a shared reading book about giraffes. Of course, we HAD to make a cute craft and write about giraffes!

This was obviously on a Friday, because I try to save a really fun craft or other activity for our Fun Friday time together. These kids are painting a flamingo at my teacher table. They will also write flamingo facts that we will attach to the flamingo.
