Animal Habitats

Wowie Wow Wow!  What a great day at our classroom zoo!  We started the day with parent tours of the kids’ animal habitats. Then the third graders came to visit, immediately followed by the second graders. We had a break to eat snack and get a drink of water and read a few pages of Junie B. Jones, then the kinderga  classes came!  The kids did fantastic sharing what they’d learned over the past two weeks about their animals. We took a break for lunch and recess and came back to the room in time for more parents, family, and friends!  It was great!  We ended our day by going to see the Cinderella musical. The kids were pretty exhausted. I’m so proud of them and all the hard work they put into to this project. Here are some pictures from our day:
