2nd Day of 1st Grade ~ Show-And-Tell

I always like to have "Show-and-Tell" on the first Friday of school so that I can get to know the kids better as well as have them get to know each other!  It was precious!  Here are pictures!

1st Day of 1st Grade!

I'm SO excited about my new batch of first graders!  I always try to get a picture of their first day of first grade so that I can see how much they've changed by the end of the school year!  If only I could find a better spot to take the picture!  I try to find a solid background and I thought this would be the one ~ however ~ I seemed to get green and other stuff in the picture!  Ugh!  I'm not the best at snapping fast pics!  I have digressed..........

It's been great spending 2 days getting to know them a little better.  Now, I'm ready to get started on curriculum.  I'm looking forward to getting a routine set on Monday!  I think it's going to be an amazing year!
