September 1 & 2 Center Time

These boys are working to complete their noun sort center!

We worked on our writing skills at my teacher table by writing in our journals and then illustrating.

I don't have enough ipads for everyone - yet!  I'm still needing 2!  (If anyone has an ipad they'd like to donate that's not too old, we'd be glad to take it off your hands!). These boys are sweet to share!

I have a short a and short e puzzle that kids can work on as a fast finisher project until we change centers.

August 28-31 Center Time

                   This week's shared reading story was about a hippo!  I selected stories about hippos on the Epic reading app for the kids to read.  The kids below are working on a short a craft.

Zaylie and Grace are finding equations that make a 10.  Then they color them according to the directions and paste them under the cloud to make a rainbow.  We have these hanging in our classroom right now.
